Refund Policy

Credit Packages

If a purchased credit package is entirely unused, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase via [email protected] or a support ticket. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

Activated Licenses

License activations are instant digital performance and thus non-refundable by default. However, if the software fails due to a technical issue on our side and our team cannot resolve it within 72 hours, the remaining time is refunded to your account as credits.

Not Covered

Unmet system requirements, user-side configuration issues, accounts closed for terms violations, and expired licenses.
