Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER: The individual who places an order on nexusforgeko.com with a registered account.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale of digital balance (credits) and time-based software licenses activated with such credits on nexusforgeko.com.

3. Delivery

Credits are added to the buyer's account instantly and electronically upon payment confirmation. Licenses start immediately upon activation. No physical delivery takes place.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As digital content delivered instantly, purchases are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun with the buyer's consent. See our Refund Policy for the goodwill refunds we do offer.

5. Use

Licenses are account-based; one active session at a time. Reverse engineering, copying or redistributing the software is prohibited.

6. Disputes

Consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts at the buyer's place of residence (Türkiye) are competent within the announced monetary limits.
