How does the credit system work?
Credit is the platform's shared currency. You load it once and spend it on 7 / 30 / 90-day plans for any product. Credits never expire.
What happens when a license expires?
The product deactivates; there's no auto-renewal and no hidden charge. Buy the same product again and the time is added on top of what's left.
Is the software safe? Will antivirus flag it?
All builds are code-signed and pass an independent scan before release. Products collect no telemetry; processing happens on your device.
Can I use one account on multiple computers?
Licenses are account-based; one active session at a time is supported. Switching devices is free.
Which payment methods are available?
Card payments are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, which also takes care of international tax/VAT.
What is the refund policy?
Unused credit packages can be refunded within 14 days. For activated licenses, if our team can't resolve a technical issue, the remaining time is refunded as credit.
How fast is support?
We target a first response within 24 hours, much faster for critical technical issues.
